Welcome

Dementia Awareness Week

‚ÄčDementia Awareness Week aims to raise awareness about dementia within society.

This year the week runs from 14 to 20 May 2017, and aims to encourage people who are worried about dementia to address the topic directly by seeking information and support.

More information on how Leeds Beckett University got involved in 2016 Dementia Awareness Week, including a video of an interview with Claire Surr, Professor of Dementia Studies, is available on our News pages. Details on 2017 activities can be obtained from the Dementia Research pages. Enquires about Dementia work at Leeds Beckett can be sent to dementia@leedsbeckett.ac.uk
