Passwords & Digital Security

Resetting your password

You can get a password reset 24/7 by contacting us by phone. After a quick security check we'll get you logged back in.

If you have MultiFactor Authentication set up you can reset your own password and unlock your account without having to contact us.

Register for multi-factor authentication

The University uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect your access to university systems.

You will be asked to register for MFA the first time that you log in. For more information please visit our MFA page.

Reset your own password

All students should register to enable multi-factor authentication. This will allow you to reset your own passwords or to unlock your account. You can find more info and the web link in this FAQ.
