Register for multi-factor authentication

We are upgrading our digital security to better protect you.One of the new measures is the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access your university systems.

Please visit Microsoft’s website https://aka.ms/proofup and follow the instructions on screen to register for MFA before you leave for the Christmas break.

It’s important that you complete this registration process now to ensure that you can continue your studies online safely. If you do not have MFA set up you will no longer be able to access university systems.

For more information please visit our MFA page.

Reset your own password

All students should register to enable multi-factor authentication. This will allow you to reset your own passwords or to unlock your account. You can find more info and the web link in this FAQ.
