The Library has a wide variety of study spaces - see the table below. You can also take a look at some of them via the University's virtual campus tours.
You can use group and silent study spaces in the Libraries without booking but student meeting rooms are bookable for group work or individually if you need to attend an online teaching session.
To book a space follow the links below. Follow the instructions and make sure you confirm your booking by clicking on the "Submit my booking" button at the end of the process. You will receive an email confirming your booking and a reminder 24 hours before your booking time. Please note: the number of daily bookings is limited to help manage demand for the spaces. Please also remember to cancel if you no longer need the room.

There are over 1000 PCs across the two Libraries. A number of workstations also have docks so that you can attach your own devices to monitors.
You can use the PCs in the IT Labs if there is no teaching timetabled - check the timetable outside each room.
We also have self-service laptops that you can borrow to use in the Library or bring in your own and use the wireless network.
If the fire alarm sounds please leave the Library immediately by the nearest fire exit. Do not use the lifts.
