The Library: Visit us

SCONUL Access and Guest Users can use the Library between 09:00 - 17:00 7 days a week. 

Please note on Saturdays and Sundays you will need to phone Leeds Beckett Security on 0113 812 3154 for access before 11:00. Overnight access is for Leeds Beckett students and staff only.

Remember to bring your Guest User card with you. 

Welcome to Leeds Beckett Library. These pages will provide information to help you plan your visit to Headingley or Sheila Silver libraries. The Libraries are currently open 24/7.

• Visit the university page for more details on our campuses and travelling to the university. You can also take a look at some of our spaces via the university's virtual campus tours.
• Information on accessibility facilities in the Headingley Library and Sheila Silver Library building is also available.
• You can bring cold food and hot or cold drinks into the Libraries (no hot food allowed). Water fountains, coffee and vending machines are also available and you can take a break to use the food courts which have microwaves for you to use.
• The university provides faith spaces for students and staff and the Student Parents web page has information on campus facilities for baby changing and feeding.
