If you are a member of staff planning to make a large booking of media equipment, please email us in advance at library@leedsbeckett.ac.uk. This will help us ensure the equipment is prepared and available to meet your needs.
You can collect and return media loans equipment at the Library Welcome Desks, located on the ground floors of the Sheila Silver Library (City Campus) and the James Graham building (Headingley Campus).
Please collect your items within 3 hours of the collection time. After this, the loan will be cancelled and items made available to other users. If your booking starts late in the day, please ensure you collect your items before the desk closes. The Opening hours for Media Loans are listed below.
Please ensure that items are returned on time; overdue items cause inconvenience to other borrowers and may result in loans penalties.
Occasionally, due to late returns or item servicing, we may be unable to fulfil your booking. If this happens, we will notify you in advance and invite you to book a substitute item, where possible.
