Please note: the Microsoft 365 subscription and Microsoft 365 apps download is only available to Leeds Beckett University students.
Log in to MyBeckett using the purple Log in button. If you are prompted to change your password, please do this first.
Select Access your Email, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Portal
Make sure that you are signed out of any personal Hotmail or Outlook accounts.
You must use your student email address ending in @student.leedsbeckett.ac.uk for Microsoft Office 365. Once you have entered your email address you will be redirected to the Leeds Beckett single-sign-on page. Sign in using your MyBeckett password.
Apps is on the left-hand side of the screen.
Select Microsoft 365 apps
Select Install Office. The file OfficeSetup.exe will automatically download. Open and follow the instructions to complete installation.
