The CRediT taxonomy allows 14 different contribution types to be credited. These are:
CRedIT roles can be included in Symplectic records when you deposit your work. It can be found under Contributor Roles on the deposit of a journal article.
Tenzing (endorsed by DORA) is a tool that allows you to upload and make available the CRediT roles from a google sheet or csv file, and then export in a file suitable for sharing with publishers as well as generating some of the statements you are required to make for article submission (funding statements, conflict of interest etc.).
